5 out of 5 stars Great amp one slight reservation   November 10, 2009

I love this amp it's not expensive has tons of volume etc etc. Played about 4 gigs with it so far and the only prob I have is the fact that sometimes the low lows can totally wash over the rhythm guitar player. >_< A slight annoyance that mainly comes from the fact that it uses a 15" sub. (15's pretty much can do lows and not so much in the higher range so everything has a lot of... well bass) If you have an extra 100 or 200$ I would recommend getting the model with 2 10"s or better yet the one up from that with 2 12"s. Given the wattage and sub size on the other models the dynamic range is a lot better. If you're not trying to go all out get this one you won't be disappointed.

5 out of 5 stars Great amp, has just what I need   October 15, 2009

With a jack to plug in my MP3 player, this amp is perfect for me to practice by playing along. This is not your wimpy fifteen watt amp, and being able to switch off the tweeter helps me concentrate on the bass line. There is no lack of punch in the 15 inch main driver. Everyone in the house can hear it, and I haven't turned it all the way up yet! Good 4-band equalizer, and inputs for active and passive pickups (plus XLR out) make for a very flexible setup. I couldn't find anything comparable at this price. I am very happy with this amp!
