5 out of 5 stars Silvertone Bass Amp   August 9, 2010

This amp is obviously not for performance, but I was surprised at how loud it can play. Great for practicing, and the small size lets you move it around without lugging a piece of freight behind you. If you are looking for something to practice on then this amp is perfect. If you are looking for something that you can perform on then this is not for you. I have not had any problems with it, it plays well with my Bass and is easy to move around definitely glad I purchased this.

2 out of 5 stars Not The Best...   July 6, 2010

I just started playing bass and bought this amp with another Silvertone Bass Beginner Set type thing, once I plugged everything in i started playing. Then some radio signal can in through my amp so when I used the high settings a random radio channel would some in and always interrupt when i played. RUSSIAN VOICES COMING OUT IT! RISING OF THE MOON- EVERY SATURDAY MORNING! Its kinda messed up my brain, but brought on many inside jokes....Notta good product I highly suggest you just wait to get more money and buy a better quality one.

4 out of 5 stars Good Practice Amp, Nothing More   April 25, 2010

What can you say about this amp? It does what it is intended to do...act as a small practice amp that won't force everybody in the neighborhood to listen to your skills. Perhaps the one reviewer who stated it distorts at any volume got a malfunctioning unit or their expectations where a bit high. Again, this is a good amp to practice, and nothing more.

I just recently got this amp and it is working well for just small amount of practices. Would really recommend it to others.

I just wanted an amp for quiet practice at home. I was not expecting such crappy quality.
